我还在网上找到这么个例子：
My details are as follows :
*came to USA on F1 visa. *OPT expiry date : 4th Sept 2003 *60-day grace peri
od (after OPT expiry) ends on : 2nd Nov 2003 * Before the grace period ends,
a recruiting company applies for my H1 (via Premium Processing). H1 approva
l date : 17th Oct 2003
*The recruiting company cannot find me a job.
*meanwhile a university offers a job.
* Recruiter refuses to give me a paystub or a letter stating that he was my
employer.
* So the university applies for a f
