I think selling second hand goods should be legal. Say, you buy a
computer, then you don't like it, it would be ok for you to sell it,
locally or by ebay. If this is legal, what if buyers get exited,
and the final price is higher than the original price? Other people's
action shouldn't make your action illegal.
