新年第一天，一场风暴刮断一棵大树，树正好压在我的车上，事发当时
正值凌晨，所以没有任何伤亡，但是车车彻底报废。因为车只有liability
没有comprehensive coverage, 而且树是city property.所以只能去找
city索赔，这里想请问一下专业人士加各位先知claim的时候要注意什么？
能claim 的loss有哪些，这里先谢了！
树种属Eucalyptus,冠大根弱，据说两年前已经发生过类似事情。

You should try the automobile board. at least simultaneously. I am unsure if
you can claim anything, for there is something in American laws that is called
