出点事后诸葛亮的主意:以后搬家,进去前和搬出来前都要跟房东一起检查房子,当着
房东的面给各处拍照存档。搬进去前如发现有破损的地方,拍照的同时要给房东指出。
如果破损严重则应该要求房东把破损情况写入租约中。这样会省很多麻烦。

Get the $1900 back first, and then do whatever you want with the landlord.

谢谢楼上指点。有几点不明白:
1,这些cleaning费用应该由房客出么?至少合同里没写明;
2,如果是的话,super应该明言,不该用欺骗手法和歪曲事实。房间肯定是打扫干净的
(除了家具全部清空,地面扫的很干净,他平常不做饭,厨房本来就很干净),但是
super说mess;家具是他要求留下的,现在诬赖朋友说没有处理。最后还假惺惺的说
upset。
3,我觉得如果做错了,被扣钱没什么好说的,扣100如果很少那还得谢谢super;问题
是总觉得这过程不清不楚,不是被黑了是什么?

A lot of evil supers were like that. Afterall, the less refund u get the
more money they keep. You should have taken pictures and have it signed by a
professional photographer before leaving so that the super could not make
things up. However, since your fiernd is already out of the country & this
could hardly be a big case in any sense, i wonder there could be that many
ways to bite back on him.
