我签了一个手机cashback的合同，现在cashback出现了问题。
在合同里面他们说的是
On 12 month contracts, Cashback and Free Line rental offers valued over 0
will be paid in 3 equal instalments, one third of the total upon receipt of
the bill for month 6, one third upon receipt of the bill for month 9 and the
final third upon receipt of the bill for month 12.
问题出现在我对month 6 的理解，我的第一份bill是12月份，所以我收到的
第6份bill是五月份的。我按时把这份bill发给了他们。他们收到信
42天后发信告诉我他们要的是June的bill，不是May的，于是我又
把June的bill发给了他，遗憾的是他们收到June的bill时候已经晚过
claim应该收到bill截止期一周，于是他们说
