国内一亲戚耳鸣几年了，吃了不少药，可总不见效。。想在美国这边买点药试试，在网
上搜了搜，发现好多牌子，比如，Hear Well, Clarity2, SONA RX,但不知哪一个可靠
好一些, 请有经验者帮帮俺，多谢了。

就是忍不住。长这么大了，好像从来没有哪一年没有掉过眼泪。
来美国3，4年了，因为想去实习说服不了老板，委屈得掉眼泪；因为搬家和室友意见不
统一，都会委屈得哭，还有其他各种各样的小事。
我想住的地方parking 比较困难，但是相对比较安全，我可以晚上从实验室走回家，而
且和我现在住的地方很近，我已经熟悉了周围的环境；室友想去的地方parking很容易
，离她bf家也很近，但我会比较担心晚上从实验室走回家。为了能说服室友，我还跟房
东谈，让他减点房租。这些倒是次要。主要是晚上我兴奋得回家，以为房租降了我就可
以说服室友的时候，室友那强硬的态度让我不爽，再加上旁边另外两个室友帮着说，觉
得自己很孤立无援。我若是一生气，说不和她们一起住了，又显得我多么小气。也不是
什么原则上的问题。我们也就在一起再住一年了，而且我自己也明白这都是些芝麻 大
的小事。危险，我自己晚上开车就好了。只是自己太懒。
罗罗嗦嗦的发了牢骚，现在想想也没什么。明天还不是要装着什么事都没发生过一样，
和她们和和气气的相处。可是不满意自己的就是，这么大了，只要一觉得委屈就忍不住
，就忍不住掉眼泪。所以我哭，更是觉得自己的软弱

600刀太少了，估计没有律师肯接。自己去 small claim court 问问如何起诉吧。

这个事件是2008年6月17日发生的
傍晚在屋后小树林不幸被狗咬伤了手，两个伤口，大出血，后去医院急诊。
dog owner开始表示愿意付医疗费，后来不见踪影。
7月份，向当地court 起诉了dog owner,
8月份，court给我回执说 提供的address联系不到那个人，他的手机也关了，至少我打
不通
之后秋学期学业繁忙，也没顾上这件事。。。一直拖到现在
期间，hospital 给我发过几次帐单催款。
昨天收到latest一次hospital的催款单，要求几天之内把款付清，否则他们就请第三方
坏账处理机构来解决。due is : 01-24
今天去学校机构查到了dog owner(本校在读or毕业生）在学校注册的地址，
现在有以下几个疑问:
1.关于hospitial,因为due 时间太紧了。
如果自己先付了帐单，还有希望向dog owner追回医疗费么？
如果不宜自己先垫付的话，是否可以和hospital协商一下，延长payment due?
2.现在有了dog owner的新地址，是否用这个地址再去法院起诉他 ？
但是法院处理这种民事案件，从起诉，到后面

in 2008, I tried to contact many law office to find an attorney,
but it seems that no attorney office shows interests in dealing with this
case...

you can try to find a public defender, or go to court telling the judge that
you are a poor student and cannot afford a lawyer and ask the judge whether he or she can assign a lawyer for you if it is criminal.I am not sure about civil case. maybe you can try.

1.先跟医院商量吧，又不会有什么损失
2.各种规定未必一样，不过大体上来说应该是可以再诉的
3.结果很难说。如果狗主人不知道这狗会咬人，比如说从来没有咬过人，那第一口往往
是free的。

大家是怕给错建议。对不熟悉的州，不熟悉的领域，最好的建议往往就是去找律师。

去年给几个当地的律师事务所打电话，都不愿意接案子。。。
就变成自己折腾了
