Thank you all.

According to PowerScore, only indicates necessary condition. But the book
also give two examples.
A. The only way to achieve success is to work hard. The answer is achieve
success is sufficient condition, work hard is necessary condition.
B. Only a professional consultant can solve the organization's problem. In
this question a professional consultant is necessary condition.
Genii, please help me. Is there any rule about "only"? without "the" is
necessary, with "the" is sufficient?

But they said only introduce a necessary condition, only introduced a
sufficient condition in examples.
