我已经读过很多次了，每次读还是有一种激动，贴出来共勉吧。

去年8月来美国的F1，这次是第一次退税。3.10寄的联邦退税，信封里有1040NR-EZ两张
，8843两种，1042S半张，W-2一份，然后贴了一张0.42的邮票，称的时候没有超重，不
放心又让邮局的阿姨称了一遍确认没有超重，然后就寄了。结果跟我一起寄的室友（她
贴了60分左右的邮票）上周五退税已经到了。到status track上面查，显示我的啥信息
也没有。难道真的是信超重了没有寄出！！这可怎么办啊！我备份的复印件也找不到了
。有大侠指点一二吧。谢谢了！

上班前的背景调查，有个人(也许）和我同名同姓(XX Wong)，有个Civil Tort case,我
是原告，我根本没有任何civil tort against anyone.
背景调查的原话是这样的：
One civil record was found in the name of xx wong. No identifiers were noted
Case number 123456/2010 was filed on 10/10/2010, and is styled xx wong,
plaintiff, no identifiers noted vs. xxx Benison, defendant. The cause of
action is tort. This case is still pending.
Client will note that these results are taken from docket information only.
No identifiers were noted in the docket. therefore, this case has not been
positively identified with the applicant.
请问这里是说他们的搜索结果只是根据名字，没有根据工卡和生日，他们不确定这个案
件就是我本人，是吧？还有，有没有可能我在不知情的情况下，成为plaintiff? 如果
我要找到这个Case,放出来看看是不是我，我应该如何做？

That's truly one of the best speech I have heard of.
Although I still don't like AAPL at its current price,
I am a big fan of this piece.
