现有10个用户，用户名和密码都很规则，用户名 U0, U1, U2, ..... U9
密码分别是 pwd00, pwd01, ... pwd09
如何实现拷贝一个文件到所有的 user account 的主目录下？
用scp吗？总还是提示需要手动输入用户密码 :(

我的理解是，
倒数第三步，decision, 是关于你的welcome notice (这个先到，你有一份，律师有一
份）
最后一步是绿卡的制作，就是放出去找人做你的卡了。（这个是真正的绿卡）
