他在澳大利亚做过同样的事，那边要求必须有一个本地人的股东。不知道这里是不是也

Not necessarily.
My personal understanding:
CD rate is tied to short term Treasury rate. Mortgage rate is tied to long
term treasury rate (30 years).
The long term rate is set largely by the market. The short term rate is set
by the Fed.

over saving account rate for the obvious reason.
By the way, one side effect of the government keeping zombie banks alive is
that people can get higher CD rate. Suppose you are the manager of a zombie
bank, you know your bank is insolvent. The only sensible path forward is to
attract depositors with higher interest rate, then lend out the money to
very risky borrowers. If you are lucky, the risky borrowers pay you back

想问一下第一个这样写的结果，好像是可以过编译的。

这是skin支持的分辨率与你的机器不匹配所致，比如说你的机器分辨率为800X480，而
你用的skin最大只能支持480X272,那么你在settings->menu\skin菜单下将看不到任何
东西，igo8会把不支持的skin屏蔽掉。因此，你要下载对应的skin放到你的igo/
content/skin目录中，这样就可以选择不同的skin了。
这是Tiger v 1.1 skin支持的分辨率：supported_resolutions="240_320,320_240,480
_272"，如果不符合你的机器，就不能使用。
你用的skin最大只能支持480X272,那么你在settings->menu\skin菜单下将看不到任何
东西，igo8会把不支持的skin屏蔽掉。因此，你要下载对应的skin放到你的igo/
content/skin目录中，这样就可以选择不同的skin了。
