Haitou Capital is a global investment platform, helping institutional
investors and high-net-worth individuals deploy capital across all major
markets, particularly the U.S. and China and different asset classes,
including equities,fixed income,and alternatives such as real estate,
energy, private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. We are a global
firm, with offices in New York City and Beijing.
We are now looking for Investment Analysts to join our New York team.
Exceptional candidates will be offered full-time analyst positions. H1B and
green card sponsorships are provided.
Responsibilities
• Provide analytical support on mergers and acquisitions and
conduct in-depth analysis on responsible sector and industries;
• Keep up with industry trends and closely track investment
opportunities in the market; perform due diligence procedures on a target
company
• Build detailed financial models including DCF, LBO, comparable
transaction and guideline company analysis to evaluate performance under
various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital
structures;
• Prepare research reports and draft investment memos in support of
new business generation and assist in the preparation of memoranda,
presentation materials, and marketing materials;
• Participate in the origination and execution of M&A, equity, debt
transactions;
• Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the
pitch phase through closing.
Qualifications:
• Must have undergraduate degree and demonstrate academic
excellence with a preferred major in finance, accounting, economics or
related fields;
• Relevant experience in investment banking, valuation, private
equity, or transaction services;
• Attention to detail, a proactive problem solver, good project
management skills, and ability work under tight deadlines;
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as a
team player;
• Superior oral and written communications skills, strong
presentation and writing skills in both English and Chinese;
• Comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial environment;
• An understanding of broad financial markets and different asset
classes;
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed;
