我老公公司给了一个医疗保险公司的资料，我感觉不太适合我们当前的紧急需要，所以
上来请教大家。
我现在最需求的是要能cover不孕不育的治疗。我在国内看过这个，好不容易有了，却
又输卵管堵塞，基本上不孕的两大问题都出在我头上了。现在年龄也大了，眼看要三十
有五六。好着急啊。我们俩刚刚到美国休斯顿一个多月，打算今年无论如何把小孩问题
想办法解决掉。
所以想请教大家买哪家的保险比较好？要注意什么。保费大概得多少呢？

10.04 amd64 desktop, with ati proprietary driver (4890). Computer freezes
randomly, but usually within 1 hour after powered on. when the computer
freezes, it won't respond to mouse or keyboard. the screen stays where it
was and won't go black. anyone having the same problem?
ps i have been using win7 on the same computer for many months and it never
freezes so i am sure it is the problem of 10.04, not my computer.

你这个，能入你老公公司的group保险是你能买到的最好的保险
原因两个
1.公司给买的保险都是公司付大头你付小头，你一个月付几十块，公司给你补上几百块
。这种group的保险，你如果个人去买，估计两三倍的价格，就是一两千一个月才能买
到。保险公司都是以营利为目标的，group的保险，其实是你在group内用了别人不用的
份额，保费看似便宜，但保险公司总体来说是赚的。如果你个人去买，说白了你不但要
付所有医疗费，还要付保险公司营利的那部分，你算算核算不？你算的再精明能超越保
险公司雇的精算师，医生，会计师么
2.ivf这种，和牙齿矫形，隆胸等美容手术差不多，算是可有可无的，大部分保险都不
包，一般花费1万五到两万块多不等，一般都是自己出。当然你如果一定要也可以买到
cover类似东西的保险，不过还是上面说了，保险公司不是福利机构，算到头你每个月
的保费会是天价。
所以最好的办法就是加入老公保险，能用保险看的用保险看，不能用的，自己掏钱，提
前和医生说好价格，争取分期付款。

其实我也不指望有IVF的保险，如果真到那一步我就认了。但是好像我老公的保险里连
infertility treatment也没有，这个就比较麻烦啊～～，我看了下其中Pregnancy -
Maternity Services这部分写了一下一段话：
"Depending upon where the Covered Health Service is provided, Benefits will
be the same as those stated under each Covered Health Service category in
this Benefit Summary."
"For services provided in the Physician's Office, a Copayment will only
apply to the initial office visit."
这两段话确切意思到底是什么呢？
其实我也不指望有IVF的保险，如果真到那一步我就认了。但是好像我老公的保险里连
infertility treatment也没有，这个就比较麻烦啊～～，我看了下其中Pregnancy -
Maternity Services这部分写了一下一段话：
"Depending upon where the Covered Health Service is provided, Benefits will
be the same as those stated under each Covered Health Service category in

I had similar problem with 9.04 on my T61p, and had to stay away from ubuntu
for a while. :(
I think it is more like a problem with kernel. But I upgraded my kernel, and
still ended up with the same thing, so what do I know...

你quote的那个是说怀孕期间到生产是包的，去看生产科医生只需交第一次的copay
而不是像去看其他大夫那样，每看一次都要交copay。这个挺好的。
关于infertility treatment的细则，你可以和保险公司打电话问，看什么检查属于常
规检查，保险可以包的，什么不属于常规。通常医生护士在接受你保险的时候也会告诉
你一些情况，但保险起见还是和保险公司confirm在先然后再做treatment

包不包。
