些以出租房为主的地区买3-4套房，把收回来的租金去租一套好学区的房。这样我赚了1

的确远距离管理对一般人有困难，如果只有1-2个小时左右的车程，这距离还是可以接
受的，例如住在康州，投资房在波士顿和纽约这是很正常的事。
