股指期货成交连日放量 主力合约成交金额超沪市

新华网北京４月２１日电（记者华晔迪）股指期货成交连日放量。交易数据显示，
２０日股指期货四种合约合计成交总额达到１４７６．２５亿元，其中，主力５月合约
成交达到１３６３．４２亿元，超过沪市当日成交１２７１．５９亿元。
来自中金所的数据显示，股指期货自上周五（１６日）正式上市以来，成交量连续
两日大幅放量，以主力５月合约为例，１６日成交４８９８８手，１９日成交１０９７
３３手，较１６日增长１２４％，２０日成交再度放量，达到１４１８６２手，较１９
日再增２９．３％。
值得注意的是，在成交大幅放量同时，代表资金的持仓量却没有大幅增加，以２０
日为例，主力５月合约全天成交达到１４．２万手，尾盘持仓则不足４５００手，形成
鲜明对比。

保险支付的护理服务有哪些？What is covered by long term care insurance?
A long term care insurance policy may help you pay for the care needed when
you are unable to do everyday activities such as eating, getting dressed,
bathing, maintaining continence and getting in and out of bed without
assistance.
The goal for long term care services is to provide assistance
and improve the quality of life for those with chronic, long-term conditions
or severe cognitive impairment, such as Alzheimer’s disease.
A comprehensive long term care insurance policy may provide coverage for
long term care needs in the home, community-based settings, an assisted

我的理解不知道有没有问题：期货成交量是总的数额，考虑5倍杠杆因素的话，现在的
资金并不多。
另外就是据说现在都是大户再搞，机构在观望。

American Association of Long-term care insurance 网页举了一个真实的例子
你在55岁时， 每年只花了$1,084 买就可买到标准的3年期限的护理benefit，大约每天
支付$150块， because you qualify for the preferred health discount (spousal
discount too).50岁之后，大多数人的健康开始走下坡路, 因此买长期护理越来越贵，
you'll pay more if you wait.
随着物价飞涨，长期护理的费用也跟着涨高，So, by age 65, the $172,600 benefit
you bought at age 55 -- will have grown in benefit value to $276,000.过去你
55岁时买的长期护理$172k,现在10年后相当于$276k的价值。
如果现在买$276k长期护理，每年则需要花$3,275才能买到， 因为65岁时的健康已
经不属于“preferred health discount”了。 Someone age 65 (today) would pay $

And that reflects today's rates. Chances are rates will rise. So, the 55
year old who waits for the 10 years will pay even more.

这篇实际上有些误导。据我所知，目前全国开户股指期货的不过1万户，成交量是滚动
出来的，持仓资金并不多。跟大盘股下跌损失的数额完全不在一个数量级上。

我在金融保险行业内，听到/看到的统计数据比较多， 知道许多人还没准备好怎样面对

国内还是分的很开的，公募，私募，或者接受监管的单位，叫做机构，他们的团队比较
健全；江湖游资和有声望的大户，都是无人监管的，团队也不大，叫做大户。
像国内所谓的老徐，老章，就是超级大户，还有法人股大王刘谦那种(好像有投资公司)
，算是机构和大户的混合体。
现在国内的游资牛的很，那么多小盘股，他们的身影无处不在。

开始阶段不想投资太大。好像有便宜的Host？
以后如果能赚钱，再考虑自己的Server. 赚

都老年痴呆了，还活着干啥， 放弃就是乐， 不是能喘气就是幸福。 真要是得了不治
之症， 放弃生命， 其实对家人，对自己都是一种解脱和幸福。。

If I reached 80 and get very sick, I prefer euthanasia. There is no need to
keep a sick body alive.

In Massachusetts, the government will take care all your senior/nursing home
cost if you have no income and no savings. When I get very old I will
spend all my money and become a welfare recipient. I can then get free
senior apartment and free terminal care.
