蒜蓉粉丝蒸是很美味的粤式菜肴，自己在家拿着各种方子试了很多遍，终于找到了在广
东餐馆的味道。

优点：
这道菜不受地域的限制，所有材料都可以在美国买到，不会因为有原料引起的不正宗。
备料：
1：虾：
——选料&切料
我选择代头虾，大小无所谓。从虾背切开，不要切断，抽掉虾
线，可以让虾翻成两片，还连着。
——腌制：
料酒，生抽少许（15个虾，各一个teaspoon左右），在每个
虾的切开的平面抹一层薄薄的生粉。
2：粉丝
——一卷，充分泡发。（不要煮粘）
3：蒜和葱（关键）
——蒜越多越好，15个虾我用一头蒜。我用“捏蒜器”捏成细末，效
果很好。如果家里没有，就捣碎，或是用刀
剁 碎，
——葱一根，把葱白和葱绿分开。

现在要上perm了，公司加上中国的工作经历满打满算5年，但是需要我出示中国的工作
证明资料。
可是我工作的那两个公司，一个卖来卖去，不知道还在不在，另外一个里面关系不好，
肯定不愿意出的，律师说工作的同事证明不是最好选择，最好是要有公司的文件证明。
都已经是8年前的事情了，自己都快记不清楚了。

折腾了好几天，终于能够在mid-2014 Macbook PRO with Retina试出了三个系统：
yosemite,win7和RHEL7.2 （beta）。
yesemite＋win7双系统很简单。但是，让RHEL加进去费了不少时间。
RHEL 6.X不work。
RHEL 7.1不work。
只有RHEL 7.2才能正常工作。

自己写一个（中英文在一页上的）参照台湾很多的模板，然后下载一个盖章软件，自己
