我看中一个listed townhouse, 1480 sqft, 40 万. 拿到 resale certificate, it's
a condo. Two garadge downstairs. >1400 sqft upstairs. There is another
smaller condo downstairs share some of the floor. And I don't have a back
yard as a result.
刚看到, 大吃一惊.不知道 townhouse 和 condo 的差价有多大. 查了一下. 楼下的
condo 1100 sqft, 300k. 同一
