最近appartment里面发现bed bug, 我们两个人被咬的不行了，去学校医院看，医生说药
方东来杀虫。房东说以前没有的，是我们自己带进去的，她不管。
我们应该怎么办？医生说，虫是躲在床里面的，我们的床室新买的，完全是张新床，应
该
不会有从自在里面的。主要我们后来也清理过了，但是没过几天，虫又出来了，弄不干
净
，我想还是要人来杀虫比较彻底。问题是，不管谁带进来的，房东是不是东应该来杀虫
呢
？？像蟑螂，老鼠之类的，本来也是人带过去的，并不是房子本来就有的。要是房东坚
决
不肯，我们应该怎么办呢？

Sue her.The landlord is responsible.
keep all your medical claims and prepare documents( like photos of the bed,
photos of the room, photos of your skin hat is affected). If possible, find
some of the student to be your witness. Keep the receipt of your mattress.
Talk to the lawyer in your school( many univ offers it free for students) and
if you can, have him to write a letter to your landlord. Keep all the
correspondence in written format and keep the copy.

For your benefit,
Now still keep all the documents in case she hired someone to do a lousy job.
Bedbug are not easy to be terminated.
Also, ask for medical compensation or reduction in rents before the
treatments.
Because you suffered from her misconduct.
Looks like you are new comers.. again, be head strong. A lot of landlords are
not too good in Boston.

Remember, write a letter to your landlord stating the problem and ask for
