it's pretty much like buying from developer, except you're buying into a
rehabbed building instead of new construction. as soon as you're familiar with
loan & closing procedure, no buyer agent is necessary - frankly, I don't know
if a buyer agent will take this type of business, caz the seller is a
developer and their price is fix price. unless they are pushing to sell, the
sales office may not split commission with your buyer agent.
in terms of inspection, if you kind of know something about co
