如果你们刚来不久,还有几年学好上,建议你们用手头的存款首付买个CONDO或小房,每月的
还贷和房租差不多,完全承担的起.等毕业时再把房卖了,说不定还能赚.
我周围已经有人这么做了,真后悔自己当年怎么没有这样的远见,现在要毕业走人了,当然
也来不及啦.
P.S. 我觉得一个月有1K存款很不错了,好多人是月光呢.其实平时稍微节省一点,到毕业时
有点基础,买房买车都很快.

what's your logic? people starting working now with savings still have
option to wait for housing bubble burst(if there's). I didn't say they
must buy house right now.
but people without savings had not option(or at least dare not borrow
higher rate loan) to buy house 4.5 years ago if there's good chance to
buy house then.
don't think so. mortgage was just several hundred more than 2bedroom rent.
Only difference was to save several hundred less per month but live
in a much better house. Where d
