I saw a brand new spec house last weekend. It looked very nice. So I talked to
the builder. They initially asked for $310,000. After extensive negotiation,
the price dropped to $270,000. I thought the deal was very good. Today, I
drove around the community and saw a realtor's sign. Another owner is selling
a house with the same floor plan, almost the same options, on the same street
with $235,000. The owner was in the house for six months. I was stunned. No
word to say. For now, I do not think I
