如果母亲带11岁的孩子签b2, 小孩可以不去面签，那小孩就不能去面签，是这样的吗？

去年刚申请的H1B，上面有之前I-94的信息。今年年出境了一趟，然后有了一个新的I-
94。这个就和USCIS上发的H1B的I-94不一样了。导致我刚renew driver license 的时
候不能通过信息验证。请问这个I-94信息如何更正。有人弄过吗？官网上是file form
I-102, 感觉不是符合我这个case。

Sorry, can't type Chiese at work.
It is your choice to choose to be interviewed or not. You can still make an
appointment for both of them. My parents took my niece with them for the
interview when she was only 8 years old and they all passed.

USCIS 797上附带的I94到什么时候结束？
CBP网站/护照印章上面写的到什么时候结束？
后者早于前者的话，找就近的CBP Deferred Inspection改。

I guess I hope to know what needs to be done if we choose not to have the
girl interviewed. Do we still need to make an appointment for her via the
phone system? Or just fill out the form online and submit it to the bank?
The concern of doing this will be how the reviewer will figure out that
this kid is planning to go with her mom.

go to CBP to check your new I94 and use it to renew your drivers license.
i94 number on i797 is no longer valid for you.
technically you do not have to do anything if you have not been out of
status before you leave the US and you have not stayed outside of US for
more than 60 to 90 days.
