We are looking for a experienced software engineer who can handle the
challenging development of system debug software tool and support with fast
project cycle. The role need to have good sense in user interface design,
multi-platform application development and good problem solving capability.
Responsibilities:
* System debug tool design and validation
* Responsible for new feature development, enhancements and releases
* Improve overall debug methodology
* Work with users to make sure the software releases work as intended
* Test validation and generation software development
Requirements:
* MS with 3+ year software development experience
* Good coding capability with C++, STL, knows OOP very well
* Have experienced with QT, user interface design
* Familar with Visual Studio, gcc, etc.
* Good knowledge in TCL, Perl, Python, etc. scripting language
* Good to have expereience in Lex/yacc
* Hardware/ASIC design background is a plus

左看右看 form 1040x，不知道为什么要填它，要拿$8000，填 form 5405不就成了吗。
我以前填的是1040ez。超简单。请明白人给我们这种迷惑者讲讲如何填好吗。如果除了
要拿$8000，其它什么也没变，是不是除了15项填上$8000，1040x的所有其它项就和
1040ez一样吗。在这方面较笨，请开导几下。

一般地说，你和税务局之间只通过1040打交道，5405只是一份补充说明，附在1040后。
但因为你去年的税已经报过了，不能再报一遍，所以要填1040X，修改已经报过的1040。
我的1040X只在15行填了$8000，其它数字格全空，已经拿到了。当然你愿意填成和1040
一样的也没问题。

今年报1040x有截至日期吗？
10月底或11月close的人今年还来得及报1040x吗？

1040X有效期为其所修改的原1040截止期后的三年以内。今年报的1040在2012年4月前都
可用1040X修改。我也不是记得很清楚，具体内容看1040X的说明。
