是按交易的那个时刻的汇率，还是当天的平均汇率结算？

感觉7月8月的时候到谷底了，现在好像又上涨了，利率也上涨了。为了8000块，还是买
了。
今天刚去签贷款，5.25%，30年，首付3.5%。那个broker说是float rate，要是在close
之前rate降了，可以加钱调整rate，不知道是不是真的。

首付3.5%??? Hard to believe you could get loan by paying down so little. My
agent said nowadays 20% down is almost like required.

A couple couple I work with put down only 5% for a 500K house last year, and
they refinanced this year, after which their equity is less than 1% : )
