一直以为是5% rotation的cash back,但是看了半天自己账户的reward,只有点数没有任
何像discover那样的真正的cash back的累加。

支票还是转帐？转帐好像耗时比较长吧，而且还需要verify。不会提现金吧。新手，想
着需不需要提前把钱倒腾到一个account里。

找个中国律师问问吧。这公司有无海外分部？不行就算了。先搞个f1身份，然后慢慢找。

Just ask your bank to give you a cashier's check with certain amount. When I
did mine I was not ask that info at all by my bank. So I think it is
similar to money order but free. Don't worry to whom it will be paid because
that can be paid to whoever you give it to.

我7月份申请的，之前都是cash back，本月statement出来后，chase online

yes, cashiers check has be be backed by real fund. The money is taken out
simultaneously with the generation of that check.

Call your local bank beforehand and explain your situation. They should tell
you what to do and how long you need to apply before you can get it.

如果broker同意银行直接转账，是不是closing当天把银行账号信息告诉他就好了，事

我同事刚买房，他也是，钱在网上银行
他因为这个拖了快一个礼拜，银行直到收到款才给放款然后又托一天record
什么的才close，你要提前做好准备
他还因此搬家到in law家蹲了一个礼拜，因为已经通知了apt

以后就会到账。
