请问refinance的cost包括哪些# Living

有点犹豫要不要把30year换成5year ARM.
但不知道refinance的时候要损失多少close cost
假如rate不变，五年后再refinance一次5year ARM的话，refinance cost大概包括那些
？我看现在new home purchase大头好像在title insurance这一块，还有至月末的
interest？

interest is something you need pay anyway, nothig to do with refin.

还有个问题refinance的rate是不是会比new home loan稍高一些啊？5年后如果从jumbo
conforming变成conforming,现在好像差0.25%的样子，要是refinance比new home
loan高个0.25%，就没必要了。

听说会有几天double pay,不知到是多长时间还是都算到月底。

根据这个，new purchase和refi是一样的；primary home和second home也是一样的。

Thanks, that cleared one question.
also google says the cost is about the same as new purchase, title insurance
is still required, man, that's tough.
