想在别的银行设一个Auto payment去pay Wellsfargo的mortgage，可是怎么也找不到
biller的zip code。估计statement上会有，可是这都快月底了，怎么statement还没有
收到呢？大家都什么时候收到这个statement的？

You can call Wells Fargo to setup auto payment from your bank. I did that
when I had a problem with double charged property tax for my escrow account.
The representative kindly helped me with that. I chose the 14th of each
months, 1 day before the final deadline, to pay which saves me a lot of
hassle and works perfect.

我是想在我的另外一家银行设一个bil pay to wellsfargo，所以需要wellsfargo的zip
code，可是还没有收到任何的statement，网上也找不到。所以想知道大家都什么时候
收到statement的

如果你有wells fargo的在线用户，可以登录后看statement.
不过他家的在线用户比较诡异，我怎么也不能建立，后来是给他们打电话创建的。

什么时候的loan?第一个月没有statement.

With auto bill pay, you won't get monthly statement, instead, you will get
quarterly one which should have everything. If you want to know your monthly
statement, you need to check your Wells Fargo's account.

房子是去年12月中close的，所以第一个payment due是2月1号，想知道是不是要过了2
月1号才有statement的。

you should call WF, got our statement one week ago. similar closing date in
mid dec
ours is due 2/1, though it's said on the statement you can pay prior to the
15th of each month. you can pay on their site from your checking account
right away w/o verification, so you still have a few days before 2/1. I can'
t speak difference for paying before and after 2/1. ( i asked before and can
't get an answer here, so i suggest you call WF directly regardless and
understand the payment terms)
