非SDE，有那么多tech问题可以问吗。。。就是个phone screen还搞这么tough。。。
另，AMZN的phone screen有黑名单吗？上周一口气投了AMZN八个职位，就这个最不靠谱
还就它来了phone screen。。。非常不match几乎必挂无疑，不会影响将来申请AMZN其
他职位吧。。。？要是影响的话不如cancel了算了。。。

面试里面，要多讲一点话来调节的。
对专业的人来讲不难，不专业的估计也不难。但是没有实践的人来说，蛮难。
问一下，你面哪个组的？

我今天也是Amazon一面，经历大约1小时40分。2个人问。前一个40分钟的样子。都是
technology的问题。没啥废话，一个behavior的都没有问

个人感觉还是直接和大银行做loan好，我们直接和BOA贷的，过程很正规，一lock rate
就有相应文档发给你，不会以后再有rate的纠纷。
否则你不到最后一刻都不知道你的lender是谁，没准过几天你的lender就倒闭了，loan
就转手了，呵呵
另外，二道贩子肯定是要赚钱的，为什么不直接和银行做呢？

你是跟银行的mortgage agency 联系？还是直接进到银行大厅里，找个sale manager
联系？

直接到航空公司窗口买飞机票最简单，啥时买几乎都有票
但是为啥大家都找代理买票呢？

只能说明你人品很好。
BOA的拖closing date在buyer attorney的市场里面是出了名了，
BOA有句名言，我们就是BOA，我要你做什么你就做，不要跟我讨论closing时间的问题。
当时听的我极其无语，Wells Fargo这个全美最大的也没有他这么扯蛋。
