Ph.D. student做part time research assistant可以理解。这博士毕业生怎么做part
time research? 做research 难到不是奴隶一样没日没夜的做实验？难道还能8点上班
12点下班？那是什么做research？

cyberhome还不错，zillow可以忽略。
但是，都不能作为你offer的任何依据。
要想给出一个好的offer，必须观察你房子所在town的房子买卖情况和市场活跃程度。

身份啥的不都挺麻烦的，怎么办h1b呢。

wow, huge difference between zillow estimate and cyberhome estimate. We
bought a house last October, according to Zillow, we grabbed a good deal,
but a horrible one (-10%) according to Cyberhome. Which one is nonsense?

您老这是在故意调戏我们呢。专业都未必一样，何况方向呢。
不过，我都是用indeed search职位。

都是Bullshit。Zillow给俺家比邻居估的多60%-80%。CyberHomder给俺家估的比小俺家
800尺的房子都少好几万。

我汗，不好意思，没说清楚，其实是想问什么专业，譬如是ME,EE还是CS之类的。我的
ME。
谢谢，我也找找看，几乎没上网找过工。用google搜了下，part time research
associate ,貌似没出来啥有用的结果。

At first, I also think cyberhome is much lower than zillow. But, it turns
out that cyberhome has some bugs in value estimation. It assumes 0 bedrooms
for a house by default. Adding two or more bedrooms in cyberhome will
greatly increase the value of a home to the similar level as in zillow.

wow, thx for your info and it is exactly what you said. i tried my house and
it started with 0 bed room and lower price than zillow. once i added the 4
br and wala, cyberhome added 57k to my house value and now it is much higher
than zillow.
to me, cyberhome is more like a joke.
