You can, but I am not sure it is the cheapest place, you need to do some
search yourself.

If you are replacing an existing one, should take me 30 min at most, but
plan 2 hours if this is the first time for you.
You can reuse the old cord if still in good condition.
If you have dish washer hooked up to it, don't forget to open the disposal,
other wise your dish wash

What's wrong with the old one?
Try to reset it if you haven't done it.

you are talking about the garbage dispenser? did you try to reset it
using the wrench that come with it.
My garbage dispenser broken down a lot, every time I use the wrench and fix
it in 1 minute.

Most newer good one will have at least auto reverse feature, no need to use
the hex wrench. I yet to discover one thing that can cause it to jam.
