foreclosure, offered 269k, ask for 2% closing cost.
Bank counter 275k, give 2% closing cost, must close by May 27.
We accepted but ask for closing at June 15.
Now wait for the bank gets back to us.
This the 4th house we saw. We started looking 10 days ago. Can't believe it
happened so fast!
