哪里的成交量？全国的好像没多多少。
至少那个整天吹嘘数据的NAR都没吹出多少花来。

有些房子成交快是因为那些是被investor低价买下来flip的房子，好的可能内部都订好
协议了，所以某种程度上银行不值得同情，广大劳动群众是他们贪婪政策的受害者，现
在最多的实惠还是被investor拿走了。

don't worry about 太麻烦人家... they are paid to work for you. literaly
agent has information resources that not accessible to you. they just
provide professional service to you with the info and experience. when you
have a buyer agent, all the issues between you and the seller is dealt by
him/her
