我和buyer agent签的合同上写着我要给buyer agent 付$250的Buyer Broker
Conveyance Fee. 这个是正常的吗？不是一般都是seller付commissione fee吗？
另外，一般buyer agent能从seller拿到多少的commission fee呢？是房价的6%吗？

你签了？
那就只有和你的buyer agent argue啦。
一般能拿3%。看seller跟listing agent签合同给多少。反正他们对分。

今天刚刚closed, seller and buyer agents splited 7%!! 我们没有付给agent钱，
很后悔，当初没要buyer agent rebate,无知阿

wow, 7% is high, normally they split 6%
a lot of buyer agents would give 1~2% rebate depends on house price and
the effor they put. 1.5% is pretty normal.
never heard that buyers need to pay buyer agent unless it is refundable
deposit.

something like in the next 60 days, any house u buy, your agent will get
commission.

比如说你自己找sellbyowner, 你agent可以根据这个来要钱的

在南加肯给到1.5的都是刚入行或者生意不太好的agent拔。。
新人agent一般只能拿到2%左右，还要交给broker 0.5%-1%
我用过几个agent，开二手mercedes的给rebate多，能力只能说so so，
现在开porsche的虽然只有象征性的一点rebate，可水平和服务质量明显要高出一大截
。。

有的sellbyowner是可以work with agent.
我是只管房子和价格，谁卖的懒得理
