刚刚付了第一个payment，有三部分组成，
1。 本金和利息
2。 tax
3。 Hazard Insurance
问题一： tax不是due annually吗，不是到年底一起付一年的？现在是除以12每个月付
问题二： closing的时候已经交了一年的haxard insurance，为什么现在每个payment
里还是有总价除以12的payment due？
