LG找了个新工作，在另一个州，打算搬过去之前就买房子，安家落户了。现在的问题是
，我该什么时候辞职，如果在贷款的时候发现其中一个人没有工作会有麻烦么？贷款的
时候是看当前两人工作的薪水，还是看新工作的薪水？LG新工作的薪水相当于我们两个
目前薪水的总和，目前的，我们各占一半。都是穷人，只能付得起20%的DOWNPAY，有点
担心如果现在辞职会不会影响贷款？

The lender will verify your employment at the last day of closing. If you
submit the loan application using your current employment and later when the
lender calls your employer and finds you are no longer working there. You
will not get the loan.
One of my buyers just did that without telling me. On the date of closing
they were told the loan got rejected and they have to do cash closing.
You need to use your husband's new salary to apply the loan. If that's the
case your resignation won't affe
