早上起来忽然看到主卧的顶上有两块水斑，踩凳子一摸，确实是湿乎乎的，
是不是房顶漏水了？2002年的房子，07年买的，以前屋顶应该没有换过
请教一下这种情况应该给谁打电话，应该有专门修屋顶的公司吧？
没有经验的说。。。另外保险公司有没有可能管呢？多谢 //bow

It can be roof leakage or leakage from the pipes in the attic. The easiest
way is to go to the attic and find the source of the water right above these
two spots. Then decide which types of people to call in, or you do it
yourself.
I had a similar problem as yours. Eventually I found out that it is because
the roof had some missing shingles. I bought some and fixed it myself.
Anyway, you have to get it fixed as soon as possible before it gets much
worse.

No, it is not safe at all!
It is a work that get you killed or crippled easily if something goes wrong
and in my opinion it is the most dangerous work that you can do for your
house.
My roof is not that steep but still it is quite slippery. so I usually have
to lay on the roof and crawl instead of walk. I usually tie my ladder on
both sides and connect them with some strong holds so that the ladder won't
sway sideways. Then I put one person to hold the bottom of the ladder. That

谢谢！我也是想应该早点弄好否则会不会越漏越大，今天是第一次看到的，
这几天下雨比较多。attic怎么上去呢？从来没上过。。。一般从哪里上？

Usually there is a small entrance in the highest floor roof to the attic.
Sometimes it is hidden in closet so you need to search to find out. Then use
a ladder should be fine for you to get in the attic.
But be very careful: Don't step on the roof directly where you can easily
break it. You need to stand on the 房梁, which is not very comfortable from
my experience. Sometimes your attic could have insulation, like mine. In
this case you should have a mask on so you won't inhale all the small dusts

easy to go to attic. tough to go up to the roof.
i have 40-feet-high roof
$150 at least to pay contractor for any job up there because of the risk
