一个星期两篇文章被要求修改，都是很好的journal，在编辑的信里说，see reviewer
comments attached.
我找来找去，email根本没有附件。我登录网页，也没有附件贴在那里，奇怪了，怎么
就找不到呢，没有那个文件，我根本没法子修改呀，
我刚给编辑写信了，可人也不回，郁闷呀
谁给说说

去年买的房，利率好像是4.3xx的fix。昨天收到去年那个loan agent的email问要不要
refinance到4.1xxx，还说她pay所有的cost，想问一下这样的话我还有什么需要pay的？

这个就是no point, no fee 的 refinance, 你自己不用掏钱的。你这个是10年的Fix吧？

看你的Loan Amount了，加州今天大概是4.125%到4.25%。

No cost refi may not be the best option.
You are paying her work and cost to refi one way or the other.
No cost means she is not getting you the best possible rate, so the cost (
and she get paid) from the back end of this deal.
Sometimes if you have equity in the house, you can roll the cost in to the
new loan, so you are paying the cost but at no up front of the cost to you
and you can get the lowest rate possible.
Refi or not also depend on how long you plan to stay in the current house.
