with a few people that just got into their first house and could use some
help.
I have no experience (besides my own house and a few rental properties)
servicing and maintaining residential AC systems.
I do have experience design commercial HVAC system for a living for over 5
years, those are mostly for hospital and library, etc. I have learned a few
useful tips I am willing to share.

Contine to post in this thread is very disrespectful, especially after I
requested you nicely not to (assume you did not see it in the beginning my
thread), If you want to 指出 my 错误, you can do in the other thread, I
would be happy to accept if a made a mistake, I will modify this thread to
correct.
So far I have not seen you 指出my 错误, just posting to cause my thread to
be less user friendly to other people.

多说了。
第二,你说

transfer more heat (or cool depending how you look at it) per minute. let's
use 1 ton unit as the base here, if it is 100% efficient, 2 ton unit will be
90% efficient and 4 ton unit will only be 80% efficient. In order for
