7Yr ARM should not be compared with 30Yr. The rate could go up as high as
8.5% in 8th year. It should be compared with 15 Yr. Only when you can
afford 15Yr that you should use 7Yr ARM.

我同事，5年arm，当年利息还蛮高的，人5年结束正好赶上去年有几天3%，人以后就
fixed 3%了，呵呵

30K already contains the 50% bonus, dude, before the promotion, you can only
get 20K
