我快Closing了。先前Agent在Uniform Residential Loan Application 表里显示给了我
2800刀的Credit和我不用交现金。也表明了我的Closingcost 和Prepaidfee。
昨天Agent打了一份GFE， GFE表只显示了我的Closingcost 和Prepaidfee， 但没显示
2800
刀的Credit和我不用交现金的状况。我问了Agent。她说:
"The new GFE (good faith estimate) is more confusing than ever.
There is not a place to show a lender credit on the new GFE.
And the new one also does not tell you if you are receiving cash or if
you have to bring cash to close.
2 big factors that they left off.
You have to refer back to the

新的ＧＦＥ确实很烦人。我都对客人说不用管。只要最后签字的那份东西对了就行。（

I met with the same issue. I think it should be fine, you just need to pay
attention to the final HUD.
