I am being laid off. I still have enough savings to cover my life for about
3 years. I am wondering if I still can refinance my mortgage. My current
rate is way higher than the current market rate and I have good credit
history. Just don't know if brokers or bankers will be wiling to do business
with me.

如果你在加州的话，我们可以做不查收入的贷款，别的州就不是特别清楚了。
