感谢大家的祝福， offer 被接受了，有以下几个问题请教大家：
1. 下offer的时候， 有contract和addendum, offer 接受后， listing agent发了
updated and changed Addendum,需要买方的签名。 新的Addendum 把有利于买方的条
件都改
了。 比如说，以前下offer 的时候，addendum有$5000修理费， 新的addendum 改成$0.
2. listing agent 发了 county 需要foreclosure房子做的structure, electrical
and
mechanical 文件. 发现很多坏的问题， cracks from the garage floor, water
leaking in the living room near vent(possible plumbing leak from the 2nd
floor, wiring devices must be replaced, missing smoke detectors in bedroom
and hallw
