感谢我的神，EB1b 140 终于在 PP后第十天批准了。用老公的马甲上来报告一下:
Mid February: started the case
6/4: efiled 140 to TSC
6/5: mailed out supporting materials and PP
6/8: materials received by USCIS
6/9: LUD
6/14: RFE sent out
7/9: mailed out FRE response
7/12: materials received by USCIS
7/16: LUD
7/21: approval notice sent
US engineering Ph.D
claim 了authorship, contribution, review
Authorship: 6 journal papers and 5 conference papers, all together 8 first-
authored, most journals are top ranked in the field

yes you can, but not that easy. you can claim capital gain or loss, but
there's a cap for the loss and even if your loss is qualified, it can only
be used to against your income.
