Anybody used Provident Funding's mortgage/refinance? Their reputations seem
not so good, but their rates are low. Any first hand experience comments?

I used PF several times(purchase + refi) through a agent. they seemed to be
great.
per my agant's conmments, PF is really picky on customers.

They are very picky, if you have no defect in your tax, w-2, debt, then they
are the No.1 choice.
otherwise, better go for others.

My agent used this one for me
no idea how good they are.
But they asked for a lot of documents/info from me.

我被他们操了两个多月才操通过了.不过利率还真低.

My broker used them. Worked out fine. They wanted so many freaking documents
from us.

I'm doing refi through them. My qualification should be among the best.
Already waited for 3 weeks. Still waiting...

恩我也用的是他们的，当时利率是最低的，但是真TMD变态啊，连日期的格式都要严格
规定。而且要的文件超多，连agent和代表他们的律师都跟我说他们特别stupid.
如果你没有任何的信用问题，账单问题等等，还好。我当时的一个银行的账户上出现了
一个问题，是银行方面犯得错，被他们发现了，折腾得我要死。最后我都打定主意不用
这个公司了，但是担心closing，还是勉强从了。

我们refi时agent用的PF，还好吧，没觉得有什么不一样的。通过也挺快的，整个过程
就3周。

Thank you all for your input! I'm thinking of refinancing with them too. But
saw a lot of complaints on onine, like www.providentfunding.info
so, have to think it twice...
