银行foreclosure房子
屋主在97年24.2万买下了房子,几年前做了扩建,增加了一倍多的面积、 并挖了游
泳池,新建和游泳池部分都弄得很好。
房子的问题是新建的部分挖了地下室,现在由于空关了一年长了霉,挺严重的。
老房子部分的二楼有个房间的ceiling 有一片水迹,不知是不是roof leaking.
