just got a letter said insurance company will not re-newal our policy due to
we did not response their request to fix: worn and stained roofs over the
front open porch and rear pation. we did not pay much attention to the
request as we thought the stain on roof is normal, almost all of the house
in our area got stain roof. so my quesiton is:
1. will this record stored somewhere that when we contact other insurance
and they can see the issue also.
2. will this affect the insurance like ticket aff
