The complex is highly occupied by renters, more than 51%. Is there any way
for me to find a lender who's willing to give me conventional loan? Thanks!

it is very hard to get condo loan at this time for condo that's <70% sold
and <50% owner occupied. It is not recommended buy this kind of condo unless
you get a real real good price.
