卖家LIST了575K，我们第一轮下了495K，卖家没拒我们第二天就给了COUNTER OFFER
560K，我们马上还回去了510K，过了两天了，卖家那边都没有动静了～～有点小心急
啊，拒了我就算了，就马上MOVE ON好了，吊这我胃口很难过，卖家其实是急着想搬，
然后我们的AGENT告诉我们，卖家也没收到其他OFFER，哎就是觉得不爽啊～～继续等吗
？

我帮人申请的一个也遇到了
那个人已经有Saving Circle的账户，注册shopper很顺利，但是再注册CS的时候就提示
offer not valid了
过了两三天，shopper被cancel了

一般offer 24小时有效，他两天没消息就是据了。你要喜欢这房子，可以加点价。不是
非它不可，就move on.

那个卖方的AGENT还说要给FINAL COUNTER OFFER, 不过到现在都没来,发现自己的AGENT
做事超级没效率, 可以自己去跟卖方的AGENT说吗?

不可能吧
我也注册了Saving Circle的账户，但没有明文规定就不能注册SHOPPER吧
下午一直打SHOPPER的电话，一直是忙音，什么鬼网站！！！

收到回信了，就是不能同时加SHOPPER和SAVINGSCIRCLE
注意：他们公司是以“EMAIL地址”来辨别用户的，我重新注册一个SHOPPER用另一个邮
箱，就好了，用了好几天了。
Over the years, we have enhanced our membership programs to add additional
benefit and/or discounted offerings. With those enhancements, our programs
have evolved, and now some of our programs have overlapping and/or similar
benefits. Our records reflect that you had more than 2 active memberships
in our programs, and our review determined that certain of the programs in
which you have memberships may have similar benefits.
Accordingly, we have elected to cancel the Shoppers Discounts & Rewards
membership(s) so that you will not be charged more than once for the same or
similar program benefits.
