Both of LD and me got the shot. It happened late yesterday (was good in the
morning). All of the credit cards have been closed without notification.
Argue was useless. Maybe blacklisted.

i think no, your agent may sue you. however, you still can buy it through ag
ent, either u or seller has to pay the agent though.

Thanks TodayEscape and philippes. Before I signed the non-exclusive buyer
agency agreement with her, she told me that I was not committed to herself.
In the agreement, it is mentioned that “This agreement does not obligate
buyer to pay a brokerage fee or assume the payment of a brokerage fee to
Firm. Buyer acknowledge and understand that Firm expects to receive and will
seek a fee for Firm’s service under an offer of compensation from a
cooperating seller/listing firm”.

网上有自动生成那些文件表格的工具，我看有人贴过。中间没有任何agent插手，律师
的话，要是公司benefit带了legal service，可以用用。

关键有些term/contigency什么的，lz未必懂，如果出了问题扯皮，开始的合同订得又不
好，那就有麻烦了。

Thanks Again. I know it could be a problem without the help from the buyer
agent. To sign the deal, I definitely need a lawyer anyway. Another option I
thought is to ask the buyer agent to close the deal by paying her 1-2%
myself (I have to negotiate with her first) If I can get a good deal with
the seller.

我看到美国人的网站有人说的，具体有啥contigency问题没有我记不清楚了，只记得一
群agent群起而攻之，大致说，没有我们这些人的professional service，你们怎么能
handle其中大量的复杂问题呢，呵呵。后来看了另一篇文章，其中一部分大意就是
practice不总是make perfect。

review也看运气吧，我ld的spg第一个月花了1万，被review了
我的金卡两天花了5K，然后买了6K多的牛排又退了，也没找我麻烦
而且review就review好了，你给的信息是真实的，就不怕review
而且review完，基本上就不会再烦你了。

如果这所房子是你自己找的, 没有通过这个agent, 就可以, 而且跟这个agent一点关系
都没有. 买房的的合同都是现成的, 所谓的contigency, 可以借鉴一下其他人的(很多
都是标准格式). 不放心的话, 可以用escrow公司或者找一个律师.

Good point. The problem is that it is the agent who told me about this sale-
by-owner house. I called the seller who informed me that I could get a much
better deal without using the buyer agent.

maybe you are not as "bad" customer as I am.....
a couple of reasons might trigger the close for me like bill pay for a
couple of times, returning a couple of ipad.... but nothing super strange...
. Anyhow, my checking is still alive, may be closed sooon, who knows, but
hope it's a good signal.

这个就是原因了，自杀神器发威了……
最近几周看见有3个人都是因为这个原因被关了……
话说下周我自己也要去买了，不过我准备用Blue Cash Everyday, Discover More &
FIA Chunge Card。五月中旬还准备申65K+50刀的UA卡呢，Freedom卡里还有3万多点，
装逼蓝宝石卡都还没有，所以在这之前我实在是不敢招惹Chase啊……
