follow agents 一个多星期了。现在居然最好的offer是4.25 + 大约2000刀closing
fee(title insurance + appraisal + bank fee)而且agents都强硬的很。

preadjusticated这个状态只适用于排期不是current的case

银行锁利息都不要Commitment fee的，应该是你的Broker要的。
