我们与listing agent的和约已结束，不知为何agent有把广告poster在craigslist。她
似乎不甘心，可是每次延期得手后就不太管房子了。和约renew了２次，共９个月的和
约，总９个月和约才open house一次，其间我们要求她多几次open house，她都不理我
们.我们已发email要求她remove在craigslist上的广告，今天看广告还在，怎么办？我
们想卖不掉就把房子出租算了准备自己登广告。房子离我现住的地方1.5小时路程。
求建议！谢谢！

Honestly? She doesn't think your house can sell at this price, and doesn't
want to waste any more time on it.
Contact Craig to have the posting removed, as long as you can prove it's
your house.

是这样就根本不需要再登广告啊，我的放价asking低于市场１０％。主要是当地经济不
好。
